I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location on the hill offers great views of the city and it's not far from the city centre. The room was clean, with high windows and enough space. The staff were helpful and spoke English. The hotel facilities were also good, with a restaurant serving tasty food.
All good.

Hotel sent taxi driver to pick us up at airport. Enjoyed looking out of the bedroom window onto the square. Bedroom was fine with modern bathroom with bath & overhead shower. Spa, restaurants, bars, cafes, parks, cinema, theatre and shopping all within walking distance. Great location. Definitely recommend to all.

Good location and huge room. Very generous breakfast.
We were irritated that we were not told that there was a ten euro charge for parking on the street outside the hotel, when we could have parked twenty yards away for nothing.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, not far from the city center. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotless and the laundry service was very convenient. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle, which was a great help. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a big plus.
Nothing. I highly recommend this hotel to others. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and nice, and the staff at the reception are friendly and speak English.

The location of the hotel was perfect for celebrating New Year's Eve. It was situated in the heart of the city and gave us easy access to all the festivities. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff was hospitable and helped us with our needs.
The same menu was served every day and there were no new dishes to try. , the internet connectivity was poor and we had trouble using it.

We had a city break in a hotel in the Czech Republic recently. the hotel was very central, and we liked that we could walk to all the shops and attractions. the room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed the breakfast served every morning, it had a good variety of options.
There were some negative aspects. the Wi-Fi was weak, and we had issues with the TV that was too small, like a desktop monitor.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, with easy access to a nearby shopping mall. It is situated on a hill, boasting picturesque views of the surrounding area. the hotel also offers outdoor seating on the plaza for those who enjoy soaking up some fresh air.
The hotel's breakfast lacked variety and the rooms were not as comfortable as some travelers may prefer.
